The Great Conjunction: Time to Reset, Recharge and Manifest

December 21st is the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, and the Great Conjunction, the celestial aligning of Saturn and Jupiter, two of the largest planets in our solar system. A conjunction of two planets occurs once every 20 years, but the last time the Great Conjunction occurred and was visible was in 1226; the Great Conjunction in 1623, wasn’t visible in the night sky. This auspicious event will look like a large star, called the “Christmas Star” in the night sky, shining most brightly on Monday, but still visible for a few days afterwards. Although Saturn and Jupiter will appear very close together, they will still remain hundreds of millions of miles apart in space. Tonight, look to the southwestern horizon after sunset and this week, take time to rest, recharge and manifest.

Unplug from Technology

Being wired into your devices isn’t healthy for your brain or your body. Reducing screen time close to bed will help reduce stress and be more conducive to a good night’s rest. Take time to reconnect with yourself by unplugging from technology.
