2020 is finally coming to a close. No matter the impact of the past year, it’s important to reflect on the lessons and challenges the year has brought us. Take this time before the end of the year to reflect on what you’ve learned and what you would like to let go of.

Before the End of the Year

  1. Release stuck tension or negativity from 2020 by cleansing with sage and burning palo santo
  2. Focus on your health and declutter your space positioning crystals at the forefront of your space for an amplified energy boost 
  3. Reflect on your past year without judgment or resentment and try to cultivate gratitude for any good that might have arisen from internal growth during this time
