Refund policy

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! We offer exchanges and returns for many items within 21 days of your purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of our consumable products (palo santo, sage, burners, etc) and crystals, majority of our items will be final sale. That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers makes for happy journeys!
