Cleanse unresolved tension and invite in what you seek with this monthlong sage cleanse designed for love, prosperity, healing and health. Each week will include a lesson of focus, affirmation, sage, crystal, cleansing ritual and intentional wellness practice. 

Week One | Invite in Love

This week, focus on inviting loving energy into your relationships and release negative relationships and unsupportive friendships. Set boundaries in order to prioritize your own self-care and self-love.

Cleansing Sage Ritual: Place your Rose Quartz Tree of Life on your beside table. Upon waking, light your Sage for Love and place it in your abalone shell to burn. As the sacred smoke releases into the air, repeat the affirmation “I invite in love” three times with bold sincerity.

Intentional Wellness Practice: At the end of the week, think of three people you are grateful for and send them a text message or email wishing them a blessed day.

Week Two | Invite in Prosperity

This week, focus on inviting abundance into your life. Abundance can manifest financially, energetically, emotionally, spiritually or physically. Abundance is infinite and starts from within. Use the law of attraction to invite abundance into your life.

This week, focus on inviting the feeling of health into your life. Think about last week’s lesson of healing and direct healing into your life and body in order to create a feeling of health. Even if you’re still working on healing somewhere in your life, feel gratitude for where you feel healthy in your life.

Crystal: Amethyst

Cleansing Sage Ritual: Place your Amethyst Cluster on your beside table. Upon waking, light your Sage for Blessing and place it in your abalone shell to burn. As the sacred smoke releases into the air, repeat the affirmation “I invite in health” three times with bold sincerity.

Intentional Wellness Practice: At the end of the week, treat yourself to a massage or spa treatment, you deserve it. Great job for making it to the end of your wellbeing cleanse.
